The place was fantastic, clean, and centrally located in the downtown area, with attentive staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to public transit. Parking was safe and secure. Plenty of room in the apartment for the family, and a nice view of the city. Conveniently located next to grocery (osco jewel) and restaurants.
Parking was fairly expensive. One of the elevators wasn't working, so waits for the elevator were a bit long sometimes.

This was first time that I have stayed at an Apartment instead of regular hotel. Everything was ok. Localization close to main points of Chicago. Very large apartment.
They do no have housekeeping included. You can hire for $70,00 a day. When I arrived to hotel they tried to move to other apartment far from where I have originally booked and pay. After I do not accept to move they arrange my apartment.

We loved the hotel's great location and the friendly staff. The room had an amazing view. The hotel was conveniently situated near downtown, only a 20-minute walk away. It was also very easy to walk to the Illinois & State bus station.

The views, the cleanliness, the aesthetic of the facility, Solidly built and wonderfully maintained.
I had booked a 2 br 2 Bath room and we were told upon checkin that the only room that was left was a one bed one bath with a sleeper sofa in it. Thankfully it was divided with a door, so we both could have somewhat of our own space, but it would have been so nice to be able to shut everything off from each other. Thankfully I like my boss enough that it was fine for a short term stay, but it would have been a solid 10 had the staff made an effort to find and accommodate our original reservation as booked with the 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment.

The location and size of facility.
* Cleaning service not included. * Bed sheets, towels, and some amenities not changed or provided. * The AC/heater a little noisy.

The location in the middle of downtown Chicago is brilliant, and the view of the city is spectacular! The elevators are the fastest I have ever used! The apartment we had was huge, with two bedrooms and two baths, a large living room and kitchen. There was even a nice balcony. It was just perfect. We will stay there also the next time!

Location and quality of accommodation. The higher the floor the better the views of the City.
Being charged for 4 days when our booking was only for 2 days. Despite assurances that the error had been rectified at the time I am still awaiting a refund. This has caused unnecessary hassle.
